I know it has been awhile, but about these two storage arrays. In all my time testing my environment, I did not feel there was much difference in performance. In fact the VDI experience was identical. So my honest opinion is, if you want all flash and have the budget, go for it. Because eventually everything will be flash in the future. So if you are looking to accelerate your storage needs right now and at a good price Nimble is your best bet.
